Ingredients

  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • about 4 scallions, cut up
  • 2 fresh tomatoes with core cut out
  • 1/2 head of cabbage cut up or may use shreded cabbage
  • 3 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1/4 c. cilantro
  • 1/4 c. parsley
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 2 carrots chopped/sliced
  • itialian seasoning
  • 1tbl. olive oil.

Preparation

  1. sautee carrots, onions,celery : then add all ingrediants in large pot with 32oz. chicken stock
  2. and abot 3-4 c. water. let come to boil then reduce heat and simmer until done.
  3. Note: sometimes I like to add fresh chicken boiled. also you may use can tomatoes( the mexican ones are good)
  4. eat as nuch as you like until stuffed, enjoy!
