Preheat oven to 350, while preheating melt butter in casserole dish. When butter is melted toss the croutons around in it to cover them, set croutons aside. Place chicken breasts in casserole dish, cover with sliced swiss cheese. In a seperate bowl mix cream of mushroon and 1 can water until blended, pour over chicken breasts. Sprinkle croutons over the top and bake for 30-40 Minutes. Serve with white rice.
This is probably my favorite dish ever, its so good. oh and if you happen to have white wine on hand substitute it for the water!
