Fruit Smoothies
- This is a super simple smoothie that I have on my blog that is not only delicious but healthy and allergy-friendly, too! It's free of all the top 8 food allergens, vegan and can be sugar-free (if you don't add any). You can make as little or as much as you want, too, so it can feed a crowd or just one.
Ingredients
- -frozen fruit of your choice such as berries, peaches, mango, pineapple; any combination
- -juice of your choice such as orange, grape or pineapple
- -sugar (optional)

Preparation
- Place desired amount (about a cup per person generally) frozen (yes, they MUST be frozen) fruit in a blender.
- Add enough juice to cover the berries and blend until desired consistency. (You may have to pulse the mix at first until it is slightly blended, then continue full boar. I use "Ice Crush" mode normally, but you can play around with the buttons and see which works best for you. :) Also, feel free to add more juice if the mixture is too thick or more berries if it is too thin.)
- Add a little sugar if you find the mix too sour and re-blend. (Start with a Tablespoon, blend, re-taste and add a teaspoon or so more at a time until you reach desired sweetness.)
- Pour it out into a glass and enjoy.
