Ingredients

  • 1 C whole wheat flour
  • 1 C Quick Oats
  • 3/4 tsp bk. soda
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 C applesauce (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 C Honey
  • 1/3 C canola or Veg oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 6-8 oz pkg.SUNMAID fruit bits

Preparation

  1. Grease pan (smaller than 13 x 9).
  2. Combine dry ingredients.
  3. In another bowl combine applesauce, honey, oil. vanilla.
  4. Mix into dry ingredients; add fruit bits; blend well.
  5. Pour into baking pan.
  6. Bake 350' for 25-30 min.
