  • Wheat/wholegrain Pasta 2 cups
  • Olive oil
  • garlic - smashed/juice
  • broccoli (half)
  • onion (chopped)
  • 1 tomato puree
  • Green chillies 2
  • Pepper
  • Oregano (powder or herbs)
  • Chilli flakes
  • Parmesan cheese

Preparation

  1. Boil your choice of pasta with little oil and salt.
  2. Chop onions medium size, and garlic tiny or smashed.
  3. Add tomaot puree and saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Create your own puree with fresh red tomatoes and green chilli if you want to.
  5. Boil broccoli in drinking water and little salt until you see broccoli totally cooked.
  6. Heat pan and add olive oil to it, saute garlic and chopped oinion on high.
  7. Add sieved broccoli stalk to it about half cup and lit it come to boil.
  8. Add pasta, salt, pepper, oregano and chilli flakes according to your taste.
  9. Serve hot in a dish, garnish with broccoli and little parmesan cheese.
