- 1/4 cup margerine
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cup gluten free baking mix
- 3 tbsp cocoa
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Combine margerine and suar and beat till fluffy.
- Add eggs, vanilla, and milk. T

- Pour into lined tin and bake 180 *F for 30-35mins or until a skewer comes out clean.
