- 6 eggs
- 1 T. celery seed
- 5 lbs red potatos
- 1 large red union
- Salt
- Pepper
- Approx. 3 cups Mayo

Preparation
- Boil eggs in water for about 15 minutes.
- Then, boil the potatos until soft (test with fork).
- Chop eggs, onion and potatos and combine with mayo until proper texture (approx. 3 cups)
- Add salt, pepper, and celery to taste.
- Chill several hours before serving and enjoy!
