Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 T. celery seed
  • 5 lbs red potatos
  • 1 large red union
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

  1. Boil eggs in water for about 15 minutes.
  2. Then, boil the potatos until soft (test with fork).
  3. Chop eggs, onion and potatos and combine with mayo until proper texture (approx. 3 cups)
  4. Add salt, pepper, and celery to taste.
  5. Chill several hours before serving and enjoy!
