  • 2 slices: Whole grain white sandwich bread
  • 1 tbsp: Organic peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp: Organic jelly
  • 1 tsp: Organic honey
  • Organic salted butter {softened or whipped}

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat your pan on a medium setting.
  2. :Create your peanut butter and jelly sandwich
  3. 1. Mix the honey with your peanut butter.
  4. 2. Spread peanut butter/honey mixture evenly on one side of one slice of bread.
  5. 3. Spread your jelly or jam on one side of the second slice of bread.
  6. 4. Close your Pb&J sandwich, pressing the peanut butter and jelly together
  7. 5. Now, lightly butter one side of your Pb&J and place it butter-side down in warmed cooking pan.
  8. 6. Lightly butter the remaining side now facing upwards to you in the pan.
  9. 7. Keep your pan at an even {medium} heat so as to not burn your sandwich.
  10. 8. Flip sandwich until bread has turned golden brown on both sides and the peanut butter and jelly has {or begins} to melt.
