  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Preparation

  1. Rinse and clean the mushrooms.
  2. Use a knife and remove the stems.
  3. Place mushroom caps on a plate with the gills up.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the oil, onion, garlic and vinegar. Pour mixture over the mushroom caps.
  5. Put cheese over mixture.
  6. Grill until the mixture starts to boil.
  7. Serve immediately.
