  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Leftover cooked chicken

Preparation

  1. In a food processor, combine all of the ingredients except for the cooked chicken. Mix until there are no visible chunks. In a medium bowl, combine the cut up chicken with the guacamole. Mix well to evenly coat.
  2. Keep in the refrigerator.
