  • TRIM OFF FAT. ESTIMATE THE WEIGHT AFTER FAT IS REMOVED.
  • 1 CAN WHOLE BERRY CRANBERRY SAUCE
  • 1 PKG LIPTON GOLDEN ONLY SOUP MIX.

Preparation

  1. DOUBLE FOR LARGER PIECE OF BRISKET.
  2. FRESH CARROTS PEELED AND CUT INTO 1 INCH PIECES.
  3. MIX THE CRANBERRY SAUCE, ONION SOUP AND CARROTS TOGETHER IN A BOWL.
  4. TEAR OFF VERY LONG PIECE OF HEAVY DUTY ALUMINUM FOIL (LIKE MAYBE 45 - 50 IN.)
  5. PLACE THE BRISKET ON IN THE CENTER OF THE FOIL.
  6. POUR ENTIRE BOWL OF CRANBERRY MIXTURE OVER THE BRISKET.
  7. WRAP (SEAL) IN FOIL. PLACE IN A ROASTING PAN.
  8. LET THE MEAT REST BEFORE SLICING THN TO SERVE.
  9. ROAST @ 300 DEGREES FOR 1 HR PER POUND.
