- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 4-5 dops tabasco sauce
- dash of salt
- 1 full stick of melted butter (make sure it has high fat content)
- In blender, mix first 4 items. Slowly add butter to blender as it is going.
- Once done, put in fridge until ready to use as dipping sauce. Goes great over asparagus or dipping artichoke in.
