- If you try to have a healthy diet but still like a sweet treat once in a while, these homemade chocolates made with Agave syrup as a sweetener are perfect.
- 150g cocoa powder
- 150g cocoa butter
- 150g Agave syrup
- (the key is to use equal quantities - in weight - of each ingredient)
- Place a bowl on top of boiling water and melt cocoa butter.
- Once melted, remove it from heat.
- Mix in cocoa powder and agave syrup.
- Pour into ice cube trays or other molds.
- Refrigerate until solid.
