• Spinach and Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 package (10-oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1 package (8-oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon grated and peeled onion
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt and ground black pepper

Preparation

  1. Squeeze dry the spinach
  2. Mix everything in a large bowl
  3. Microwave on high for 2 minutes
  4. Stir, then microwave another 2 minutes
  5. Stir again and microwave for another minute
  6. Serve hot
  7. Serve with a vegetable platter, crackers, chunks of French bread or nachos.
