Mix Chili, Citrus, Onion, and Garlic (or other spices as desired) in a zip lock bag. Add Pork. Cover Pork well with the spices. Let rest for 15 minutes.
Grill or broil for 4 minutes on each side.
Mix Marmalade, Honey, and Honey Mustard in a bowl. With a Brush cover the grilled Pork on one side, grill till "glaze" is brown and bubbly, about 2 minutes, turn, brush glaze, grill for another 2 minutes or till glaze is brown and bubbly.
