In a large mixing bowl, mix your cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, pepper and meat.
Remove your cooked noodles one at a time so they don't start to dry out. On each noodle, spread some of your meat and cheese mixture. Roll each noodle and place in a 9x13 baking dish. After each noodle has been used and/or all the meat mixture has been used (depending on how much you put on each noodle and the number of noodles you will have) use a spoon to put sauce on each of the roll ups, then sprinkle with the mozzerella cheese.
