Ingredients

  • 1 lb. of Lobster meat
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 1Tbsp of Garlic, onion powder,
  • 2 sticks of butter Black Pepper, Chives
  • Shrimp (shelled of unshelled) (cooked or uncooked). 1-2 cubes of fish Bouillon
  • 5 large potatoes chopped into bit size piece, cooked. 2 Bay leaves (any size)
  • 1 Large onion, diced 1 Tbsp salt or sea salt
  • Scallions, chopped

Preparation

  1. Pour cream into a large pot on put on low heat.
  2. In a frying pan on medium heat, melt butter sticks with the lobster meat and shrimp.
  3. The butter will create a lobster/shrimp flavor. If the shrimp is not previously shelled, then remove the shell after cooking, (when the shrimp turns pink).
  4. Cooked shrimp can be substituted instead of uncooked.
  5. Add onions and scallions to sauce pan.
  6. Let the onions cook down than add to the cream in the pot.
  7. Add all your seasonings.
  8. Let the stew simmer for 30 minutes. Taste.
  9. Add any additional seasons for flavor.
  10. Adjust to your taste.
