Making Udon at home

Preparation
- Clean off the table
- Get the ingredients and utensils
- Mix 300g of all-purpose flour and 150g of water in the bowl.
- Press and press the mixed flour. We need to press the mixed flour by hand.Press it and hold it and press it and hold it for fifteen minutes.
