- This Ministroni Soup W/pesto recipe makes for an easy treat that is both tasty and satisfying.
- 3 Full cans V8 Juice
- 1 Lg Can Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 can garbanza beans
- 2 Lg Can Progresso Ministroni Soup
- 2 cans reg size Campbells beef broth
- 1 can Camples double noodle soup
- 1 Frozen chopped Spinich
- Mix all together.
- Pesto: (Keep in Seperate Bowl, add to a dollop to soup when finished)
- Add to taste:
- Parm. Cheese
- Olive Oil
- Crushed Garlic
- Serve with a Fresh Salad and Bread and youve got a whole meal in 30 mins!
