Ingredients

  • 1 lb of medium-size raw Shrimp
  • 1/2 Brown Onion
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 2 cloves of Garlic
  • 1/4 cup fresh Dill
  • 1/2 cup fresh Parsley
  • 1/2 cup Feta Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper

Preparation

  1. Peel and clean the shrimp.
  2. Dice the onion and tomato and mince the garlic.
  3. Chop the dill and parsley.
  4. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  5. In a deep pot, add the olive oil and onions and saute for about 2 minutes on a medium heat, then add the garlic and saute for another minute.
  6. Add the tomatoes and saute for another 5 minutes, then add your shrimp and cook with the lid on for about 5 minutes.
  7. Toss in the freshly chopped herbs and simmer for another 2 minutes.
  8. Then, pour everything into a baking dish, cover with feta cheese and bake for 20 minutes!
  9. Enjoy!
