When done baking, cut into pieces. Put pieces first in the egg and milk mixture and then coat in the flour and black pepper mixture.
Flash fry in oil till a light brown. Take out of oil and place in a pot. When all frying is done, pour sweet and sour sauce (I prefer La Choy) over fried chicken and stir to coat as evenly as possible.
Cook 3 cups of fried rice. In a pan (I use a wok)
Heat oil and saute chopped green onions.
Add cooked rice and toss.
Take 1 packet fried rice seasoning and sprinkle over the rice. Sprinkle soy sauce over the seasoning and toss. Repeat same with second packet of seasoning.
Add peas and carrots (either canned or frozen)
in separate pan. scramble some eggs and then add to rice.
