COMBINE: flour,, baking soda and salt in a small bow.
BEAT butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually beat in flour mixture.
STIR in 1/2 cup Crunch Baking Pieces. Spread or pat dough onto botttom of greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan or 12-inch pizza pan.
BAKE in preheated 350`F over for 14 to 18 minutes or until set and deep golden brown. Remove from oven. Drop peanut butter by spoonfuls onto hot crust; let stand for 5 minutes to soften. Gently spread over crust. Sprinkle remaing Crunch Baking Pieces in single layer over peanut butter. Serve warm or at room temp.
Makes about 12 servings.
