• I saw this idea on Happy Clippings and decided to give it a whirl. Instead of cutting the hot dog before boiling it, I simply grilled the hot dog as I usually would, and then cut it to make eight legs. Place it on a bed of healthy sides (as "water") and serve it up! It was extremely easy, and a big hit in our family!
