• This is a holiday tradition in my family. Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas... they all start with these caramel rolls! I always prepare them the night before and pop them in the oven before everyone wakes up. No waiting for the dough to rise! [It's] quick and easy, [and fun to] let the kids help break off the pieces of bread dough!

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 pkg. dry butterscotch pudding (Not instant)
  • ¼ cup butter, melted

Preparation

  1. Cut or break off bread dough into walnut size pieces.
  2. Arrange dough into greased bundt pan.
  3. On top of dough, sprinkle pudding, cinnamon and brown sugar.
  4. Drizzle melted butter over dough.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap.
  6. Let stand in refrigerator overnight or 8 hours.
  7. Remove plastic wrap and place directly in the oven.
  8. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes. (Or until done)
  9. Allow to cool a few moments and turn out onto serving dish.
