Pasta Clam Sauce with Seafood

Ingredients
- 2 kilo of clams
- 1 kilo of medium prawns
- 1 kilo of squid (cut into rings)
- 1 Pkg pasta (your choice)
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- Ginger
- Pepper
- 1/2 cup Corn Starch
- 1/4 cup clam juice
- Handful of pinenuts
- 3 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
- Sun dried or fresh tomatoes
- Finely chopped basil (about 3/4 cup)

Preparation
- Cook pasta according to package directions
- Heat olive oil, butter. ginger and garlic in a medium sauce pan.
- When aromatic (about 5 minutes) add clams and prawns and a clam juice. Let cook until prawns turn pink and clams are tender.
- Coat the squid rings in corn starch. I prefer to lightly fry the squid separately from the prawns and the clams.
- Add the squid and sun dried tomatoes to the clams and prawns.
- Remove from heat and toss in the cooked pasta, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts and basil.
- Season with pepper to taste.
- Enjoy!
