Preparation

  1. Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
  2. Flat Leaf Parsley, Chopped
  3. In 12-inch skillet, cook garlic in oil over medium-high heat 30 seconds.
  4. Add chicken and next six ingredients; cook until lightly browned, about 3 minutes
  5. Add mushrooms, stirring over high heat to reduce liquid, about 3 minutes.
  6. Stir in green onions; cook 1 minute more.
  7. One cup at a time, add cream, boil on high heat until slightly thickened, about 2-3 minutes each cup; if necessary, boil an additional few minutes once all cream is added.
  8. Combine chicken and cream mixture with pasta in serving bowl.
  9. Top with Parmesan and flat leaf parsley.
  10. All ingredients can be adjusted to taste.
