1 lb. Skinless/boneless Chicken Breast sliced into strips
Seasons to taste (I use pepper, mrs. dash, garlic salt)
Angel Hair Pasta Roni (look for the one that has fewer than 38g Carbs)
Cut veggies and place into large skillet/pan with lid; add Olive Oil. Turn heat to med/high. Cook for about 5 minutes before adding chicken. Reduce heat to med. Add seasonings. Stir every few minutes until veggies are as soft as you like.
