  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons jelly

Preparation

  1. Remove crusts from bread.
  2. With a rolling pin, completely flatten bread.
  3. Spread peanut butter and jelly on each slice of bread.
  4. Roll each slice into a tight spiral.
  5. Cut the rolls into "sushi" slices. (Roughly 4 pieces per roll)
  6. Eat with fingers or let your kids practice their chopstick skills.
