- Cut 1 loaf of french bread (into 1/2 inch slices)
- 6 eggs
- 1.5 cups of milk
- 1.5 cups of French Vanilla coffee creamer
- 2 tsps vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- Pour the mixture over the bread slices in the pan
- Cover and refrigerate overnight
- In the morning preheat oven to 350.
- Mix together 1 stick of butter (softened), 2 cups of brown sugar and 1 cup of chopped pecans.
- Spread mixture evenly over casserole
- Bake for 45-50 minutes and ENJOY!!!
