- This Pepperoncini Beef recipe makes for an easy treat that is both tasty and satisfying.
- 2 - beef roasts (Iused 2 rump roasts @ about 3 lbs. each)
- season with garlic powder
- 1 packet of Good Seasons dry salad dressing mix
- 2 cans of beef broth
- 1 can beer
- 1 jar sliced pepperoncini's juice & all
- Put in roasgint pan, cover with foil, & put in 325 degree oven for about 4-5 hours. Beef should break about with a fork. Serve for beef sandwiches. This is very good for a gathering.
