Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread 1/3 cup picante sauce in the bottom of a 13"x9" baking dish. Set aside.
Spread chicken evelenly with cream cheese. Lay the chicken, cream cheese up, in a single layer in the prepared baking dish. Spoon remaining picante sauce evenly over the breasts. Cover dish with aluminum foil.
Bake for 15 minutes. Remove the aluminum foil. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until no longer pink. Serve immediately.

We also fix a box of Rice a Roni Mexican Rice to serve with it so it isn't quite as healthy but it tastes good! Also we don't necessarily stick to the measurements of cream cheese and picante. We use however much we feel is needed to cover the chicken. :-) Enjoy!
