Ingredients

  • 1 package (13.8 oz.) refrigerated pizza crust
  • 1/4 lb. sliced provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup bulk Italian sausage, removed from casing and cooked
  • 1 jar (1 lb. 8 oz.) Ragu® Old World Style® Traditional Pasta Sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 oz.)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg, slightly beaten, optional

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400°. Roll out dough to 14 x 10-inch rectangle. Layer provolone cheese over dough, leaving a 1-inch border around edges. Top with sausage in a single layer. Spread 1 cup of Pasta Sauce evenly over sausage; evenly sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over sauce.
  2. Roll, starting at longest end, jelly-roll style. Fold in ends and pinch to seal. Arrange pizza in s-shape on baking pan, seam-side down. Brush surface, if desired, with egg.
  3. Bake 20 minutes or until golden. Decorate with Pizza Python garnishes. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with remaining Pasta Sauce, heated.
