  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp basil

  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 bell pepper diced
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 celery sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 jar pasta sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 cup red wine(opt)

Preparation

  1. place turkey wings into Ziploc bag and put in salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and garlic powder;
  2. shake until coated and put in fridge overnight or for 3 hours.
  3. take wings out of fridge and let set at room temp for 20 minutes.
  4. while wings are coming to room temp; turn on slow cooker on low, put tsp of olive oil into bottom
  5. and put in onions, bell pepper, garlic, mushrooms, celery, and carrots; cover let cook for 20 minutes.
  6. put wings into cooker and cover with pasta sauce and add in sugar, parsley, and wine.
  7. cover, and let cook on slow for 6 hours.
  8. serve over cooked pasta and grate parmesan cheese on top.
