- 1 lb. pork liempo, chopped into big cubes
- 6 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 c soy sauce
- 3 Tablespoon vinegar
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 whole black pepper
- Mix all ingredients in a medium saucepan and boil.
- Simmer until after until the meat is tender.
- Serve with steamed rice.
