Preparation

  1. Season chops with salt & pepper, set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and saute onion, add garlic.
  3. Remove from pan and set aside.
  4. Brown chops on both side then add onion and garlic on top.
  5. Add tomatoes over the chops. cover and let simmer until pork chops are done.
  6. Serve over rice or noodles.
