Spray a skillet with Pam, season Porkchops with pepper and salt ( I usually use Tony's Chacheres but thats mostly a southern thing), cook the porkchops until they are lightly brown on both sides. Remove from Pan. Put the veggies in the same pan and saute' until the onions are clear. Spray a casserole dish ( I usually use a 9 x 13 pan ) with pam. Wash rice and spread in the dish, pour beef broth over rice and mix in the sauteed seasonings. Put the porkchops over it all and cover it with aluminum foil. Bake in an oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
