  • 4/5 sliced potatoes
  • 2 sliced onions
  • 1 packet of french onion soup
  • 250ml lite cream
  • 75ml milk

Preparation

  1. granulated garlic optional
  2. grated cheese optional
  3. slice potato and onions and layer them in a ovenproof dish
  4. in another dish/container mix french onion soup, lite cream and milk together (add garlic here)
  5. pour over sliced potato and onion
  6. place in pre heated oven of 180 degrees uncovered for approx 1 hour (depending on the depth of the dish and how thinly sliced you have done the onion and potato)
  7. use a skewer to check to see when done
  8. Grated cheese can be added on the top about the 40 minute mark if you choose
