Preparation

  1. Mix together shredded potatoe and onion.
  2. Beat your eggs and dump into potato mixture.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together your flour, salt and pepper and add potato mixture.
  4. Spoon out like you are making pancakes and fry till both sides are golden.
