- 2 cups of shredded potatoes
- 1 tbsp. grated onion (more if desired)
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 Tsp. salt
- Pepper as desired
- Mix together shredded potatoe and onion.
- Beat your eggs and dump into potato mixture.
- In a separate bowl, mix together your flour, salt and pepper and add potato mixture.
- Spoon out like you are making pancakes and fry till both sides are golden.
