• If life is like a bowl of cherries, I say let’s make them as darn pretty as possible! Other wise it’s just the pits….hehehe. OK, enough with my joke, sometimes I forget that I am a cook and not a comedian. In all seriousness, I can’t tell you how many times summer rolls around the corner and instinctively I buy a big fat gorgeous bag of cherries only to have them spoil on me for lack of quick enough family consumption. Then alas, I had a friends BBQ gathering and thought how perfect it would be to bring a sweet little night cap for the crowd to enjoy. As usual, time was not on my side, so when these white chocolate dipped cherries came to my mind it was just perfect. The touch of glitter sprinkles I found in my lazy Susan cabinet (for lack of a better term, that is what I call it!) well, it was a winner. Elegant, easy and only 3 ingredients….may you never throw out spoiled cherries again. Amen.

  • •4 oz. white chocolate chips or chunks
  • •Edible silver glitter sprinkles (I found them at Michael’s Craft Store)
