Preparation

  1. Bake a whole Sugar Pumpkin (stem and all) on 350° for 1 hour
  2. Remove and let it cool until you can comfortably pull it apart
  3. Remove the stem and skin. The skin should peel right off
  4. Slice into 4 pieces and use a spoon to clean off the "guts"
  5. Measure 15oz into a blender and blend with the other wet ingredients (eggs, oil, and water) until smooth
  6. Pour into a mixing bowl and slowly mix in the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, nutmeg, and cinnamon)
  7. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans and bake at 350° for 1 hour 30 mins
  8. Let cool, slice, serve, and enjoy!
