  • 1 taco sized tortilla
  • 2-4 tbsp prepared Quinoa
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp Cottage Cheese
  • 2 tbsp salsa

Preparation

  1. Fry egg.
  2. When egg is mostly finished throw quinoa into pan and turn off heat.
  3. Allow egg to finish while quinoa heats.
  4. Heat tortilla by desired preference (stovetop or microwave) and assemble all ingredients.
