- 2 cans of black beans rinsed and drained
- 3-4 cups of cooked white rice
- 1 can of diced tomato drained
- 1 avocado diced
- 1/3 cup chopped parsley

- 4 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 tablespoon of balsamic
- 2 tablespoon of cumin
