Ingredients

  • 3 lemons
  • 1 tsp of lemon zest
  • 1 tbl sp of olive oil
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1/2 palmful of lemon pepper
  • 1 tbl sp of balasmic vinegar

Preparation

  1. Remove stem nub and halve all sprouts, then set aside in mixing bowl.
  2. Juice and zest lemons.
  3. Toss all ingredients except balsamic vinegar with sprouts and place in baking dish.
  4. Roast uncovered in 350 *F oven for 25 min.
  5. Remove from oven and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
