- 3 lemons
- 1 tsp of lemon zest
- 1 tbl sp of olive oil
- 2 pinches of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1/2 palmful of lemon pepper
- 1 tbl sp of balasmic vinegar
- Remove stem nub and halve all sprouts, then set aside in mixing bowl.
- Juice and zest lemons.
- Toss all ingredients except balsamic vinegar with sprouts and place in baking dish.
- Roast uncovered in 350 *F oven for 25 min.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
