slightly beat eggs in small bowl and set aside. Tear bread in pieces, drop in food processor and pulse for 30 secconds or less (for best results do not use dried bread crumbs). mix bread and all remaining ingredients (including eggs) in a large mixing bowl using your freshly washed HANDS (how fun!). After thoroughly combining all ingredients, form meat balls in your desired size. Drop small palm sized meatballs in your favorite spaghetti sauce, cover and simmer for about 30 minutes. Bon appetit!
Meatballs may be prepared in several ways: browned in oven, fried on stove top, or my favorite, cooked directly in spaghetti sauce.
