- 2 cans chicken broth
- 1 (9 oz) four cheese totellini
- 1 (15 oz) can of black beans drained
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 (16 oz) jar herdez salsa
- 4 chicken breasts (cooked and diced)
- Bring broth to boil, then add tortellini. Simmer for 5 minutes. Then add remaining ingredients. Simmer on low until tortellini is done. Place soup in bowl and top with sour cream. Then serve
