Ingredients

  • 4 Lambs necks (with bone)
  • 3 medium leeks
  • 5 medium carrots
  • 4 lb potatoes
  • 2 medium onions or 4 small

Preparation

  1. Fry the lamb neck until it is sealed all around.
  2. Place the necks into a large pan with the leeks and carrots cut into dices and the onions skinned only. Fill the pan with water (wash out the pan u sealed the lamb with and use the liquid in the large pan). Boil until the edge is tender.
  3. Add the peeled and halved potatoes.
  4. Serve with crispy french fries.
