Heat heavy cream and butter until melted and incorporated then slowly add your parmesan cheese, stirring gently and constantly while adding cheese. Add dash of white pepper and nutmeg, stir until the cheese is incorporated into mixture to prevent clumping. Add your shrimp and crab meat to sauce and simmer until seafood has been heated through.
Bring large pot of water to boil, add splash of oil and dash of salt.
Once water is boiling add pasta and cook approx 8 to 9 min or until done. Serve with sauce.
