  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can baby peas
  • 1 can corn
  • 6 - slices of velvetta cheese
  • 6 or 7 medium potatoes
  • 1-2 tbsp. butter
  • Recipe instructions:
  • Boil potatoes in their skins for 20 to 25 minutes. Peal and mash potatoes (add salt, milk and butter to taste) Fry ground meat till browned then add 1 can of mushroom soup. Mix together and then add 1 can of peas and 1 can of corn. When meat is finished cooking transfer over to a casserole dish. Put the Velveeta slices on top and then put the mashed potatoes on top of that. Put a few pats of butter on top of potatoes and broil for about 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
