- 225g butter
- 125g castor sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 75g cornflour
- 350g flour
- Cream butter and sugar well, add sifted flour, cornflour and salt.
- Knead well, roll out 12 to 18mm thick.
- Cut into peices, place on cold greased tray, prick and bake about 30 mins at 150 *C
