  • 1 pound taco meat (beef)
  • 1 can black beans washed and heated
  • 1small bag of corn cooked
  • white rice
  • salsa
  • onions
  • cheddar cheese grated
  • sour cream
  • Homemade tortillas:
  • 2cups white flour
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1-1 1/4 cup warm water

Preparation

  1. Cut in butter and mix all ingredients together. Knead about 10 times. Let it set for 10 minutes.
  2. Cut into 8 pieces of dough. Roll each piece out into a round circle. cook on hot, ungreased flat pan over medium high heat.
  3. Flip it with a spatula once it begins to bubble and is slightly brown.
  4. Add taco toppings, wrap up and enjoy!
